Learning and Growing

I cannot believe how fast Tanner is growing up! He is getting so big! I often find him stacking whatever he can get his hands on. These are some of the seasonings I bought during a big sale at Smiths the other day. He built such a tall tower all on his own. Pretty impressive.

Tanner is doing really well with potty training. I was terrified to approach this developmental step, but he has done an awesome job. He keeps himself dry during most of the day and usually wakes up dry in the morning. I'm happy with his progress!

He struggled for like 2 days to poop in the potty, but we found out that he was motivated by these letters and each time he went to the bathroom he would get one. He doesn't have any problem pooping in the potty now. Usually he will even just go in there on his own without needing me and then just come get me when he is done. We're currently at a stage where he gets a bath at the end of the day if he has kept his big boy pants dry all day long. He loves baths and it has been helpful to use as a motivator.

He's at it again. Staking some snacks we bought from the store!

Yay! I did it!

  1. That's so funny! I love that he stacks everything. Elora really likes stacking blocks, but has not really tried stacking anything else. Too cute!
