My Boys!

Tanner and Dad are great! Here are some of the fun things happening recently. Tanner likes to wear my socks. He gets really excited about it. I think it is because they are big enough that his feet go into them easily and he can put them on all by himself. Quite the accomplishment :)

I had to document this moment with a picture. I was so worried about switching Tanner from a crib to a toddler bed. He did awesome though, and in two nights was sleeping on his own...for the most part, without any problems. This is one PROUD MAMA!!
We had trained him to sleep in a bed at Grandma's during Trent's St. George rotation and I was a little worried that when we came home and he was in his own toddler bed, instead of the bed we trained him to sleep in at Grandma's house, that he might try to get up. He didn't though, he did great staying in bed. Thank goodness too, because or first week back home trying out the toddler bed Trent was still in St. George and I was all alone. I'm so glad he made the transition just fine and knew what to do.

Trent is such a sweetheart. He cleaned my car windows, before I headed back home from St. George. Love this man!

St. George Adventures - The Children's Museum

They have a great Children's Museum in St. George. It didn't cost a lot to get in and they had a lot of fun things for Tanner to do. We enjoyed it!

Silly Daddy...he wanted a turn milking the cow too!

Time for takeoff.

Ok, so can I just say this was the cutest thing ever! Tanner dressed up and then went on the stage and sang Jingle Bells. About broke my heart! So cute! He can be really shy and quiet around people, but for some reason, being on the stage made him LESS shy.

I had to show these next faces. They are great!

They of course had a frozen room. Tanner thought riding the sled down the hill was AWESOME!

Then we played in the little splash pad area outside. What a fun place!

RANDOM

Tanner and randomness in St. George. He loved this orange and went to town before I could peel it for him....lol.

I crocheted this little turtle for Tanner. The turtle doesn't have his shell on, and it looks cuter with that on....but anyway here is Tanner feeding his turtle. Quite the resourceful little guy.

This is the first picture EVER where Tanner asked me to "take a picture of me mom." It was cute!

St. George Adventures - Sand Hollow

We were able to take Grandma's boat out to Sand Hollow. It was so much fun! Here's Tanner all excited and ready to go :)

We were able to play in the sand too! Tanner loved the soft red dirt. I made a sandcastle...Trent helped a little...and Tanner loved it at the end when we let him stomp on it and wreck it.

Before

Tanner fell asleep in his car seat before we even got the boat hooked back on. He played hard!
