Third Year Anniversary....sort of turned into a puking fest.

Trent and I had lined up all sorts of fun to celebrate our 3rd Year Anniversary. He had moved things around with his rotation and Trina was willing to watch Tanner overnight for us. It was going to be perfect. Then that morning when our fun was supposed to begin, I woke up with a throw up bug. It was awful! I couldn't even keep liquids down. Finally after like 12 hours Trent and our very kind home teacher came over to give me a blessing. I was finally able to keep liquids down by that night and was sort of okay by the next day. Sadly Tanner followed suit and I was picking up after him. Hahaha! NOT how I had imagined celebrating our 3rd Year Anniversary. Thankfully we were able to move things around and about a week or two later we celebrated things.

We went to Scheels to ride the fairus wheel and eat their $1 ice-cream. The cool kind with swirl flavors in it. I couldn't believe how much they give you for $1. To get a small one of these at the Zoo is like $3.

We of course went to the Olive Garden. It is sort of an anniversary tradition. Great food and great company!

We had more time then we expected so we went over to Temple Square to look at the lights. So pretty!

Then we hit a play at the Pioneer Theater with our free tickets. Yay for being a student at the U!

The next morning we went to Color Me Mine. We have thought about doing this for a LONG time. Glad we finally did it. It was a lot of fun. I couldn't get over how creative Trent's salt and pepper shakers were. Fun times!

Afterward we used our free pizza coupon for some awesome pizza. So yummy :) Then that night after we picked Tanner back up from Trina's we had to go to the store for a few things. After we came home Trent insisted on going to Smiths real quick for hot dogs for the mac and cheese I was going to make. I was like "No way, we are fine, we just went to the store, you don't need to go again." He eventually convinced me that we needed ice-cream. When he came home he had this pretty flower for me. He was trying to sneak off so he could get it. Such a sweet man. Love him! It was a great anniversary. At least take 2 of our anniversary plans were great :)
