Easter Time

Easter is such a great time of year. I am so grateful for my Savior and his atoning sacrifice. Because he died I know we all will one day live again. I am grateful for my eternal family and the blessing they are in my life.

I made this wreath out of some eggs we had lying around. It was a very fun craft project.

Some friends in the 100 and 600 courts decided to get together and have a little Easter egg hunt with all of our kids. Each kid brought 12 eggs and then got to go hunt for eggs with everyone.

I think it was hilarious that Jake tried to get Tanner's eggs. Tanner wasn't quite sure what to do about it.

We went to the Easter Event sponsored by Resident Council and ASUU. Tanner was able to play some games and get a small bag of candy after we had been to all of the areas. This awesome lady is Erica, we know her through primary, she is the chorister. I was lucky enough to work work with her because I'm the primary pianist. Good times.

Tanner was fine with the bunny at first, but after sitting on his lap for about a minute while I took pictures he turned around to look at the bunny. When he did the bunny was sort of leaning in to look at him and Tanner flipped. He started screaming and crying like a madman. It was so funny. I didn't get a chance to take a picture of him screaming because I quickly grabbed him so he would calm down, but it was sort of hilarious...in a Creepy Easter Bunny sort of way.

We also enjoyed a fun Easter egg hunt at the Masterson's home with cousins. Tanner really got the concept of gathering eggs this year and it was very sweet to watch him run around and gather eggs.
